EGO TRIPPIN’ STUDIOS – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ego Trippin’ Studios, we stand behind the quality and intention of every piece. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

EXCHANGES ONLY — NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT

All purchases are final sale unless eligible for exchange. We do not offer refunds or store credit under any circumstances.

10-DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW

Customers have 10 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Any requests submitted after this window will be automatically declined and considered final sale.

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All exchanges must be for an item of equal value. We do not offer price adjustments.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS & ORDER ISSUES

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

DAMAGED OR OPENED PACKAGES

  • Do not discard the packaging.
  • Take clear photos of the package before opening.
  • File a claim directly with the shipping courier used for your order.

Failure to follow these steps may impact the ability to resolve your claim.
